Etching Aluminium Sheet

I wish to find out how to deep etch patterns on aluminium sheet and what equipment is required to do this.

you can use nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid with some copper sulphate ⇦this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] to accelerate etching.
