Sea water coupling
Would there be galvanic action to the inside of a stainless steel sea water coupling with an O-Ring sealed hard anodized aluminum fitting.

If there is no metal-to-metal contact, no. If the hard anodized surface remains intact, no. If the hard anodized surface is breached and even a little aluminum is exposed, and there is metal to metal contact, yes, aggressive galvanic action.
