HCL and Hydrogen Peroxide Corrosion
Hi,
I want such type of material of construction of pipe to prevent from HCl and hydrogen peroxide fumes corrosion at 100 c temp.

Hastelloy B might be OK. Stainless and Titanium are apparently not recommended. Ordinary PVC, PP & CPVC are nbg due to temperature. CPVC armoured with fibreglass should be OK (what one calls a dual laminate) but that is the upper temperature limit for the armoured CPVC.
PVDF would be OK to 140 C
All the weldable fluorocarbons would be OK.
You didn't give any size... which aids one in determing materials of construction. Also I haven't a clue about the hydrogen peroxide but think that it is pretty inconsequential compared to a reducing acid like Hydrochloric.
