Improve creep strengths of electroplated nickel

I need to improve the creep strength of electroplated nickel (sulfamate baths). What steps can be taken to achieve that.

We had some success with heat treating/stress releasing. Try to relieve trapped gases by baking product below 200 °C for 2 to 4 hrs and see if you have improvement.
