Potmetal bandsaw wheel

How do I repair a broken in two band saw wheel, I belive it to be potmetal. The saw is an old Montgomery Wards model.

I think those saws have cast aluminum wheels. You say it's "broken in two"? I don't think there's any way to safely repair that - at least I wouldn't want to be standing anywhere near it when it's running. Is it a 12 inch saw, and is it the top wheel that's broken? I've got one with the bottom wheel broken.
