CO2 wire drawing

While drawing co2 wire( without any intermediate annealing,) we often face problems mentioned below
1.wire breakage during wet drawing.
2.black rings in finish material
In addition to that I want to know the best possible process to be adopted during co2 drawing when I have one 8-blockers dry drawing m/c and one co2 m/c with 13 drawing dies and single coppering tank.

you should probably reduce the tension for drawing the wire to avoid wire breakage problem
on the black rings you have to have proper adhesion and impurities in copper sulphate this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] that you use are to be reduced.
