I'm interested in speeds and feeds on roughing and finishing of 304 s.s. The part I'm doing is 2" thick 44.5 O.D. 27.625 I.d. has a 15 degree taper on outside edge. using a 1" roughing endmill 1.75 finish endmill and need to know how much of a cut I should be taking at a pass. some has .400 rough stock. part is torched cut.
