MATERIAL FOR SPRING SUITABLE FOR HIGH pH VALUE PRODUCTS

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SPRING FOR OUR LIQUID SOAP DISPENSER WHICH CAN BE COMPATIBLE WITH VERY HIGH pH VALUE PRODUCTS.

WE HAVE TRIED SS 302, SS304 AND SS316 BUT ALL OF THEM WERE GETTING RUSTED AFTER10-20 DAYS FO COMPATIBILITY TESTING.

CAN SOME QUOTING BE DONE ON A NORMAL SS302 SPRING TO AVOID RUSTING?

WHAT IS THE MATERIAL BEST SUITABLE FOR MAKING A SPRING WHICH WILL ALWAYS BE IN TOUCH WITH HIGH pH VALUE PRODUCT?

WE WANT THE SPRING TO SURVIVE AT LEAST 150 DAYS.

WITH REGARDS,

SREE HARI.R.NAIR.
