Information about the anodization process

I am a mechanical engineer in el nile co. for PET preforms and bottles. We have an injection machine(husky). The robot of the machine has 72 cavities. Each cavity has a cooling water runners. The cavity and its water runners is made of steel and coated with phosphate. When I do the weekly maintenance I see that the phosphate coating is deleted so, the performs has too high temperature. I want to coat the cavities with aluminium by the anodization process. Please I want to know information about the anodization process

Dear ENG.Tamer,

Maybe I misunderstand your question but anodizing is not a plating method to aluminium [look to the name ANODE] mean no deposition will accrue[deposition in electroplating accrue in CATHODE] but it is oxidation to the surface of aluminium to make it able to adsorb dyes then sealing the surface with dyes in it -how do you know that coating was phosphating? I think we are in the wrong direction so be sure and advise me.

Yes the reply is correct. You are confusing between anodization and plating. You may use electroless plating to coat your cavities, but anodization is for partial removal of the samples.
