Fabrication of multi junction thermocouple
I am working on a 'hyperthermia' project, to monitor spatial temperature, it is required to fabricate a multi junction thermocouple of 50 micron diameter with proper electrical insulation. The temperature range is 20 to 50 °C. If someone can give me some info about fabrication process and material selection it will be helpful for me.

You need to use platinum wires, quartz glass "U" tubes compensating cable etc.
