Suggestions on how to finish an eternal non-treated or primed mild steel to give a rust proofing hardware finish similar to galvanizing.

The best way to achieve a finish similar to galvanizing is, of course, galvanizing. So I guess your question isn't clear enough for me.

Hi..
Other then painting the surface with a good quality paint with a self etching primmer there are great epoxy paints, other then galvanizing I suppose I would need to know what your going to expose the metal to. There's always chroming..
