Coating burr problem

We produce miro motor cores. For motor core we do the coatings using fluid bed coating method & using masking jig with silicon rubber gap. Eventually we face finishing problem of our core. The problem is coating burrs. The core been coating & heating for hardening found burr in core at gap radius area. Can you help me to solve this problem?

Your cooperation highly appreciated.

Thank you,
