The resistivity of water is a way to tell how purified the water is. Deionized water is usually specified by resistivity. There is no standard value for water at a certain temperature, because it depends on how pure it is.

You need to buy a measuring device and measure this on your own. There are different types of equipment depending on what you need to measure. You can buy this type of equipment from your local water filtration company.
