40 cfr 433 passivation
It has recently come to my attention that my passivation process for SS is going to be classified as a categorical metal finisher under 40 CFR 433 and I am going to have to go through endless testing of my wastewater. Is there any way to get out of this situation..short of halting the passivation process.

You may want to consider converting to a zero discharge system.
