Copper washer identification
I would like to know if any process exist to coat copper washers of varying thickness with various colors for identification. The coating should be of max 10micon thick & it should not peel off at high temperature.

This question could be answered easily by sending some graphs.
For iron-content in pickling acid there is a graph to read the iron, when you have the acid-content(simple titration) and the density.
For maximum iron content (saturation) at a certain temperature there are graphs iron(chloride) vs. HCl.
