DIE CASTING PROBLEM




 

Hello,

I HAVE DESIGNED DIE FOR KITCHEN GAS STOVE HEAD THE DIE MATERIAL C45. THE PROBLEM IS MECHANICAL ADHESION BTWN THE ALUMINUM AND THE DIE METAL. PLEASE SUGGEST THE MOST LIKLEY SOLUTION IN THIS CASE AT LEAST TO START WITH. YOUR TIME REALY APPRECIATED.

Please use Hot Die Steel material H13 grade for your die. Also please see that the die is properly lubicated during runnibg & the die as well as material temperature is mentained as per the specified range.
