Electroforming molds question

Q. I'm planning on electroforming molds but I must before investing know all the possible limitations on the nickel sulfamate bath: regarding; shape limitation time limitation and size. the models I'm going to use are about 40cm long and 30cm wide that would be the size of the cavity. I hope you can help me.

A. There are no real size limitations, and certainly 40 cm by 30 cm is not large. With no disrespect intended, the primary limitation will be your knowledge and experience, not the size of the parts or limitations in the nickel sulfamate bath. Contact an expert like NiCoForm [a finishing.com supporting advertiser] and find out what you need to know to electroform successfully before you invest in the physical plant.

A. Jaren:

Ya has hecho pruebas ó prototipos?
