PALLADIUM STRIPPER FOR CERAMIC CAPACITORS

Dear readers,

We manufacture ceramic multilayers capacitors for the communications industry. We make two kinds of terminations on both ends of the capacitors (Silver and Palladium). However, we experiment a lot of troubles to strip the termination off if this is made out of palladium base compound. The ceramic can be attacked for either very low pH (below 1.0) or high pH (over 9.0) strippers. Do you guys know of any good palladium stripper that does not attack or leave stains or marks on the ceramic body of the capacitor?

Any information will be appreciated.

Thanks,
