Silk screening on anodized aluminum
I like to know how to silk screen logo's & graphics on the anodized surface of aluminum so that the ink gets into the pores. Where to get or how to makeup the inks for this process. Also what mesh to use for the screen. Your help will be most appreciated.
Thanks in advance,

Once the aluminum has been anodized and sealed, the ink is not going to go into the pores. That's what sealed means. The silk screening has to be integrated into the anodizing process and be done before sealing.

The manufacturer of your equipment (possibly only the cloth) should be able to answer that question for you. If not, look into the major companies that sell anodize dye as several also sell ink. We can't suggest companies here, so hit your Thomas register at the library.

Visit U.S. Specialty Color Corp. for dye information.
