Post parkerizing (phosphoric acid/manganese dioxide) oil treatment
What oil treatment is recommended following final rinse?

It depends on how much corrosion protection you want, and what you want the part to look like. You can use a water displacing oil or a water soluble (emulsion) oil. Either will give good corrosion protection. Do you want the part to look oily? Dry? You can adjust the oil/water ratio with the emulsion. You can also get water displacing oils that will leave either a slightly oily film, or will leave a dry-to-the-touch finish. It really boils down to the application.
