Conductive cloth and resistivity testers
I am looking for a conductive cloth, to do some resistivity tests on raw surfaces.
Also some ideas how to build surface resistivity, bulk resistivity and powder resistivity test equipment.
Thanks,
Andrew Kucharzewski- Sydney, NSW, Australia
Andrew,
I just don't know if conductive cloth is available, if so, good. If not, here's an idea.
Get some nylon cloth (from a chandler?) and BURN it, carefully! This method was used back in ye olden days when bulk chemical carriers had to 'ground' their liquid contents. These were fibreglass tanks with the 'treated' nylon on the inside, of course, with the apparent unburnt loop of the cloth locking into the polyester matrix.

Dear Andrew,
Conductive Cloth is available. The conductivity is imparted by using conductive carbon. You may contact some power cable manufacturer for samples.
