High damage threshold laser absorber coating

I require laser absorber coating on aluminum substrate. The coating should have absorption above 95% in the visible and near IR region. It should have reasonable conduction so that it can withstand high laser intensities. The coating should be able to withstand temperature above 2000 °C. In other words: I need flat black laser absorber coating which can withstand power densities above 10kW/cm2.

I am also looking for similar laser absorbing materials as mentioned by Kohli, CAT Indore , India
