Info on Zinc Phosphate Coatings
I have a casting that has been coated with zinc phosphate per TT-C-490 [from DLA] . Should it appear as a thin white residue when properly applied?
Donald SkuraWhat alloy is this casting? White residue doesn't sound right to me. It certainly shouldn't rub off easily.
