Electropolishing electrolyte composition

Sir,

We want to know the composition of electro polishing electrolyte. Sir, we have some idea using

orthophosphoric acid 75%
sulfuric acid 25%
and glycerin and some oxides

Sir can you help use by saying the actual composition of the electrolyte and the percentage used for electro polishing steel and iron.

It seems to me that the proposed mixture is quite sensible. You mention some oxides. What are those oxides?
