Effect of hydrogen on aluminum
Tip: Readers often just skip abstract questions;
they want to learn from your actual situation.
Q. I'm inquiring about your hydrogen and aluminum experiment. How hot does the hydrogen have to be in order for it to permeate aluminum?

Q. "Does hydrogen have any effect on aluminium as it has on steel" This is a part of project on pressure vessel design. I am doing my project on "fire extinguisher". In that I have selected aluminium as the material. So, I have to consider the effect of hydrogen on aluminium.
I think you can understand my point here.
Waiting for your reply,

A. Aluminum will not react with hydrogen at and around room temperature. Hydrogen can permeate aluminum at elevated temperatures though. This all depends on pressures, temperatures etc.
