Aluminum color control

Dear Sir,

I would like to be informed about the latest technology used in aluminium color control by using computer or computerized equipment. Is there any way to control the color of aluminium profiles directly? Do you think that a system, if it is available, which will control color directly will be feasible?

There is no magic computer or control system to assure you to get perfect color matching after one or two-step color anodizing.

However there are computerized controllers to give you better control in current density and anodizing time as a function of temperature and composition of your anodizing solution. Therefore you get homogenous anodic film thickness and structure to assist you color matching during coloring step of the anodic film.
