Heat treatment standard
Hi,
Anyone know what HTS-117 stands for? If it is a standards table, where can I get hold of it?
Thanks,
Yong Wee Boon- Singapore
Hello Yong Wee!
I don't recognize HTS-117 as any industrial standard for heat treating, at least not one in the States. My best guess is that it is an internal specification of some company: your customer, perhaps? Or their customer? When I come across those obscure notes on drawings, I'm often forced into the difficult task of asking for information up the supply chain. Good luck!
