Iridite Coating For Casting Parts with AL 380

What is Iridite coating for die-casting parts made from AL 380? What is the formula? I appreciate if I can have you reply or any help. Thank you.

Iridite is a brand name for the chemical dip used for Mil-C-5541 chromate conversion coating on aluminum. It's basically a material with maybe 1 to 2 percent chromic acid and some other stabilizers, accelerators, etc. But these processes are proprietary and no one will tell you how to formulate them-- only where to buy them.
