Antique Gold finish on Zinc

Hi,

I wish to do antique gold color on zinc items. Can you help me ?

Brass finish for zinc:

ammonium chloride.......10 parts of saturated solution
copper carbonate ⇦ this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] ........1 part

This mixture must be rubbed on oxide and grease free object (with cloth, cork or leather)!
