Satin Matte Finishing

Dear sir :

We are Furniture Manufacturer and we have faced a problem of making Stainless Steel Chair Frame. The customer would like to make SATIN Matte finishing. Please advise me with the basic Techniques how to do Satin matte Finishing.

Thank you so much,

Best Regards,

There are basically 2 ways you can achieve results. Abrasive blasting systems will achieve a matte finish. For a more uniform and antique look or satin finish you might want to use non-woven wheels similar to hand buffing.
