Protective Finish for PhBr Electrical Contacts
Need a finish to maintain brightness and conductivity on phoze Bronze electrical contact. Want the finished assembled contact blocks to have a bright attractive finish. Would prefer a finish that will protect brightness through handling for assembly.

Lacquers and electrophretic coatings would make the contacts non-conductive, so it looks like you should be looking at chromates or benzotriazoles ⇦ this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] . But all non-precious metals tarnish, so the finish will have a limited lifetime.
