Painting on acrylic
I am looking for a paint to use on a piece of acrylic stock that will adhere. This will be used on a graphic for a school reader board so it will be exposed to different temperatures. The sign will be enclosed in an acrylic box. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Debby,
May I suggest you contact any sign Company for good advice? After all these guys are the experts in painting acrylics, aren't they?
Personally, I'd opt for a good cleaning of the acrylic prior to painting and then use a lacquer paint (best for max. adhesion and 'bite') or secondly an enamel paint. A latex will probably not stick perfectly BUT seeing that you are going to protect that inside an acrylic housing, it might do.
Cheers!

We are wanting to paint acrylic glasses but are not sure what will stick on the acrylic glasses and withstand the use and washings. If there is something we can paint over the design to seal it on the glass but is still non-toxic to drink from. Any ideas?
Thank you!
