How to improve powder adhesion with COOL-PHOS

There are poor adhesion of powder coating with COOL-PHOS phosphate layer than aqueous iron phosphate, how can I inprove the adhesion, especially boiling water adhesion?

Steven Gao
- Shanghai, China

The coolphos process create barrier for powder coating and the adhesion as a result is poor. The thinner the coating of the coolphose the better because it won't disturb the powder paint to close the metal. From the other hand you will loose the corrosion protection of the coolphos.
