Heat dissipation and protection of a galvanized roof
My house have a galvanized roof and I would like to:
1-Paint it with a paint that can help dissipate the heat.
2-Paint last longer.
3-Know the best way to paint it, due to is a waive form surface.

Hi, Ismael. There are ceramic paints and white paints which can reduce the thermal load. However, getting good adhesion to galvanized metal is usually an issue. I would suggest scrubbing the roof with a brush and trisodium phosphate ⇦ this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] , then wiping with vinegar ⇦in bulk on eBay or Amazon [affil links] , then applying a latex Galvanize Primer ⇦ this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] [affil links] before applying any top coat. Good luck.
