There are several patented and proprietary alloys of silver that have been developed in the last few years that are tarnish resistant.
You could easily find information by Googling "tarnish resistant silver".

5% germanium is one method, others use more complex alloys.
A particularly good paper on the subject is written by Michael T Roche amd Frank E Goodwin.
Title "Improved Tarnish Resistant Silver"
You can find it through the internet titled SM1_Paper.pdf
Hope this is helpful for you.
