Removing stains from a powder coated steel surface
I own a pressure Washing Business and I have to remove dark Stains from a powder coated paint steel surface. I have NO idea if the dark stains are from oxidation or what? We could remove the dark stains with heavy scrubbing and a heavy degreaser. I guess I am wondering if there is something other I can spray on the surface and then go over it with a high pressure wash? Any suggestions?

This is a long shot! Have you tried methylated spirits? Or pure ethanol.
