Hi, John. This is a metal finishing site; we are not an appraisal/valuation site nor a hallmarking or history site. So when you ask us "what do I have here", but you've already told us what you have in terms of metals and their finishes, there's nothing for us to add :-)
If you ask us how to refinish it, or some questions about how to care for it -- that's the kind of stuff we might be able to help you with :-)
Good luck and regards,

Ted Mooney, P.E.
