I am working on a project in which I have to electroplate a shiny surface on polycarbonate plastic lens. Would you please tell me where I can find more information about this topic such as commercial available machines and formulas.

I would search for Physical Vapor Deposition, sputtering, etc. to do a better job of finding what you need.
