Need instructions for Perkin Elmer Atomic absorption unit
Q. I am trying to locate the operating instructions for an old model 351 PERKIN ELMER ATOMIC ABSORPTION UNIT. PE does not keep old records. Feedback appreciated.

A. Here's my feedback, Mark, and I'm not being facetious: buy your next AA from somebody who does keep old records!
Suppliers used to be expected to be much better than this; my first employer had full records for every machine they ever built, going back to the late 1800's even though it was very expensive in the age of paper & microfiche; in our modern computerized age where it is so darned easy and trivially inexpensive to keep records, failure to do so should simply not be excused.

A. Mark, Try ANACHEMICA CHEMICALS, Montreal, Quebec. They know all about A.A. machines .
