How to Paint Polished Brass
Is there a way to successfully paint a polished brass surface? If so what is it?
Virginia Johnson- Troy, Michigan
Hi, Virginia. Brass forms a thin skin of tarnish on it which paint does not stick to very well. The best approach is a Self-etching primer ⇦ this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] which eats its way into the metal.
