Young's modulus/tensile strength of powder coatings.

I am looking for information on the Young's modulus and tensile strength of powder coatings - specifically IPD 39005.

You can cast free films by powder coating a teflon surface, baking the coating then removing it manually. These free films can then be tested using an Instron instrument.

A quick question. Do can you explain the proof to the young's modulus of brass or any other similar metal. Any explanation of why and how it works would be useful.

Cheers
