Want plans for plating power supplies / rectifiers

I would like to see plans on how power supplies are built.
Both standard rectifiers and pulse plating units.

See Radio Shack, Archer, Building Power Supplies, Cat. No. 276-5025, It's only 5 or 8 dollars.
