I was an OLAS graduate class of 1969. I and my three siblings, Gary, Billy and Laura all went to OLAS. I attended 2 HS - EOCH and Valley in Orange. I went to Essex County College for 1 year before transferring to Rutgers. After graduation, I moved to NYC and began what has been a lucrative career in Sales and Marketing. I have worked for NY Magazine. NY Post, ESPN, Fox sports, Astrodome and presently for the KC Chiefs. As you would guess, I now live in KC, am divorced (married 14 years) and have 2 wonderful boys, Travis (11) and Tyler (9). I have been in the sports biz for over 15 years and have had the opportunity to see every major sporting event from the Olympics, Nascar, World Series, SuperBowl, Stanley Cup and NBA finals. It has been a great ride. I am still a diehard Mets, Jets and Ranger fan even tho' I have worked for other pro teams.

We had some great times...the gas station on 6th Street, hanging out in the summer, roller skating in Livingston on Friday nights. Was it really that long ago?
I have four children...Sharon, 25, is married and a school teacher, Patrick, 23, married with a beautiful 17 month old daughter. He just came back after a year in Iraq. He's a seargent in the Marine Corps. William is 22 and graduating Ramapo college this spring and Kelly (15) is a freshman in high school. I am living in Verona (for the past 24 years) and work in West Caldwell.

Hi, Am replying to Robert Baudo's message, aka, Bange.
My nickname was given to me by Rusty Lavan, I think. He called me "Hi Ho Silva".
My husband, Tom, went to college with Tom Lavan and high school with Thomas Granaham. Small world.
Last I heard there were several deaths in the class of '69...Elaine Mihal, Joseph Murano, Gerard Coppola (9-11).
I still keep in touch with Elaine Daher. She and my cousin, Patsy LaPointe (Collaco) both live in Morris Plains about 1 mile from each other.
I see that our 8th grade class is one of the few without a photo. Perhaps I can get my cousin to scan a class shot and send it to Ted Mooney.
Have to rush out now but when I get some free time I will visit the website again.
Looking forward to hearing from more classmates.

I attended OLAS for 2 years (7 & 8 grades). It's great to see all the old familiar names here on this website. I remember Madeylynne, Arthurette, Bestsy, Marian, and
Rusty, Anthony, Robert B, Joe M and many others!
Would love to hear from someone --and also put my contact info on the webiste for future reunions!
I live in Lodi,NJ, Married for 26 years. I had 4 Bichon Frise dogs; sadly two just recently passed away. They are the loves of my life.
