Need a machine to polish copper rolls while fixtured for polishing

We are having trouble producing a tear-free ground finish on copper plated rolls via OD grinding with 5 micron filtering and using an 80 grit silicon wheel. (This copper is then blasted for a specific texture and chrome plated to at least .010" thickness). The Ra required was 250 to 300 and that kind of mechanical blast would blend and quote "hide these tears". Now the Ra has been lowered to 150 to 200. We feel that we need to start superfinishing.

So here is the question: Who makes a polisher to mount on our grinder? We don't want to set up in a lathe. These rolls take hours to set up in a grinder.
