Internal spraying of tubing

I'am looking for a Spray gun tip or attachment to spray the inside of a tube that is 4" dia. X 8" Long, currently we are spraying with a standard tip but are waisting to much paint.

The paint is a flat black urethane.the tubes turn on a roller system and the gun is held close to the opening of the tube.We run about 400 tubes per day.

You don't say what type of gun you are using. We had some limited success with a Binks setup a few years back. At that time, they made extensions for many of their most popular models. These extensions were as short as 6" to as long as 48", and they sprayed a 360 degree pattern. They screwed onto a standard gun, but required a special fluid end and needle. They were effective for short run production, but very finicky for long runs. Constant cleaning was required to eliminate inadvertent drips into the ID of the part. We switched to powder and did away with those problems. I'd suggest you start with your gun manufacturer and see if anything like that is still available. Good luck.
