Polishing titanium on a CNC Swiss Screw machine

Greetings, my name is Mike and I'm trying to develop a machining process where I could polish a part while still on the machine.

I have some real small surgical needles where I mill various angles on the face of the part 15 deg / 30 deg / 45 degree. The needles then go into a second operation to meet the required surface finish. I'm wondering about a process where I can mount a live tool with some a polishing device on the machine. The device would have to be able to stand up to oil used in the machine as well as general wear because the machine runs unattended most of the time.

I'm not sure this is even doable but if you don't seek you will never find an answer.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Mike
