Re-treating Bonderite 1000 panels

I have a client that uses Bonderite 1000 panels. However he also runs them through his own pretreatment system. Is this acceptable as it seems to impair the quality for salt spray testing?
Please advise.

Thank you

John

Hi, John. I am confused and I hope I didn't make things even more confusing when I assigned a title to your inquiry. You say you are in sales but your "client" uses Bonderite 1000 panels. Since he is a client, you are providing him with something else like consulting services or maybe the powder coating material -- but he doesn't buy the Bonderite 1000 panels from you?

Are we talking Bonderite coated test panels, since you are talking about salt spray testing, or are you saying that these panels are pre-Bonderited but used in his fabrications?

Bonderite is a pretreatment -- but the customer runs these pretreated panels through pretreatment? Maybe the panels have hang around for awhile so they get dirty and he is cleaning them? There is probably a simple explanation for what you are describing but I'm quite lost! Thanks.
