What does it means " Yellow Bleach Lacquer ZN " ?
Is it trivalent or hexavalent.

Hi, Sunil. It means very little, an in-house shorthand perhaps meaning zinc plating followed by yellow chromating followed by leaching the color out, followed by a dip in water soluble lacquer... perhaps. It says nothing about trivalent vs. hexavalent.
It sounds like you may be reading a catalog for some kind of standard part and then trying to represent to others the specifications of the finishing. This is very dangerous. If the end user needs a specific finish, you unfortunately have no choice but to go back to the source and get a certification to that effect. Good luck.
