Electroless Cu Vs. Electroless Ni

I want to do electroplating on PC/ABS Plastics. I know that generally electroless Ni is used for the process but what exactly is the difference between electroless copper and nickel and which one would be more suited to a substrate like PC/ABS

First of two simultaneous responses --

It all depends on what you are plating it for. Copper caries a lot more electricity than nickel.

Maninder,

Your question is far too abstract. Could you please explain the real situation that you want to apply this sort of technolog to.

Copper and nickel are as different as chalk and cheese, look at any data sheet for the materials. So any more detail you can give us will help.
