Want our zinc phosphating to be orange-red
I want to achieve orange red hue on the zinc phosphated Mild Steel part.
Sometimes it happens while I am doing the coating, but have no idea what causes it. But most of the time it doesn't. I wash the part with a alkaline solution then two water rinses and then phosphating solution at room temperature, solution contains an activator. lastly a water rinse and forced dry.
